Returns & Refund:
I. Return To Origin-
a. When a product is undeliver by courier due to some uncertain reason, we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our facility.
b. When a product is lost by courier in transit. We will refund the full amount at the same time.
II. Customer returns
a. Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is Wrong Or Damaged.
b. Customer can contact support team via email, raise ticket within 4 days from delivery. Our team will request for certain proofs of damages, wrong item delivered.
c. In Customer returns the freight charges will be deducted from refund.
Note: Customer Returns will be accepted within four days from delivery date.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions:
Our business Fraud detection team constantly monitors on users fraudulent accounts and transactions. The Sreepathy Ayurveda Clinic reserves the full rights to initiate legal proceedings against such users for fraudulent use of the site and other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. The early detection of any fraudulent or declined transactions by our system, prior to legal proceedings and actions, Sreepathy Ayurveda Clinic reserves the right to immediately delete / terminate such accounts and cancellation of any pending, processed or past orders. In such cases, Sreepathy Ayurveda Clinic owes no liability for any refunds. Any further issues / concerns of the users should be discussed with the Sreepathy Ayurveda Clinic, and the final decisions are in discretion with the Sreepathy Ayurveda Clinic only.
If the user opted for a replacement, the user should first contact the customer care for the acceptance to replacement. In acceptance with the replacement by the Sreepathy Ayurveda Clinic, the user should send the product to the Sreepathy Ayurveda Clinic address at their own expense, at their own expenses. The replacement should be done with the same product of same value, as compliance with the replacement policy. The Clinic has every right to reject the replacement, if it thinks it’s a violation to the above replacement policy.
Exactness Not Guaranteed:
Sreepathy Ayurveda here by disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations. Alterations to certain aspects of your order such as the merchandise brand, size, color etc. may be required due to limitations caused by availability of product difference in size charts of respective brands etc. In this instance you agree that Sreepathy Ayurveda will send an approval request via email address, which you submitted when placing your order. If you do not agree with the requested change you retain the right to reject the requested production change by replying to it within 4 days of it being sent to you. Sreepathy Ayurveda may re-request that you accept a production alteration one additional time if an alternative method to send your merchandise is available. If you reject this 2nd request your order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded via your initial method of payment.
